All fees are shown at checkout and, unless otherwise stated, are non-refundable.

5. Platform Availability & Accuracy

We aim to provide accurate information but cannot guarantee the correctness of:

Fantasy scoring or calculations
Sports data or rankings
Live or historical stats
Schedules or matchup data

Sports data may be delayed or supplied by third-party providers. We are not liable for errors, delays, or inaccuracies.

6. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with external services such as:

Square (payment processing)
Google Analytics (usage tracking)
Sports data APIs

Your use of these services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, layouts, and software on the platform — including text, logos, features, and design elements — are owned by Fantasy Sports League 365 or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without written permission.
